• Scaled platform throughput from 5K to 10K RPM by leading performance tuning, backend optimization, and Redis-based caching; implemented horizontal autoscaling with Kubernetes. Led a team of 10 developers
• Led the end-to-end development of an in-house ATS, including data modeling, REST API architecture (Node.js), and frontend development (React), streamlining internal hiring workflows.
